Manufacture of Master & Special Alloys

Master Alloy’s are produced using two, 2 ton capacity induction furnaces. Master plant capacity is 6000 ton per year. AlSi50%, AlCu50% and AlMn20 and concentrated alloys of Si,Mg,Cu & Mn are major master alloys. Basic raw material is Primary Aluminum ingots. Apart from Master alloys of Silicon, Manganese and Copper, special alloys are also produced as per customer requirements. The percentage of alloying addition to the Aluminum is higher in Master alloys when compared to Foundry Alloys.
